Leonardo Rosado - Mute Words

Leonardo Rosado, based in Lisbon, Portugal, also known as Subterminal, is a musician, FeedbackLoop label owner, poet and an active person in the field of culture. Recently started his career he has released more than six individual works on such record labels as Denovali, Test Tube. Associated with ambient, abstract and avant-garde musical styles, Leonardo creates extraordinary masterworks.

“Mute Words” is a striking ambient album released on a debuting Rosado’s imprint Heart and Soul. CD includes eight lethargic compositions and a book of paperback poems. With the guest vocals Alicia Merz (Birds Of Passage), Barbara De Dominicis and Michelle Seaman Leonardo expands his production value. By exploring the symbiosis between abstract ethereal sound and poetry he creates his music into prodigious masterwork. The basis stands on drifting atmospheres which are filled with wide, gentle keyboard notes and watery type musical effects. Extensive dimensions between crystal sounds and well balanced astral vocals evoke a cathedral listening feeling. It is a quality based musical essence of calmness.

“Mute Words” is like a distant lights sparkling from the outer-space and forcing the listener to encounter dramatically with the intangible cosmic vitality.
