STM 053 is a diverse music symbiosis that gradually crystallizes into a continuous flawless wholeness. By skillfully including authentically shaped mobile rhythmical works between contemporary recordings and timeless compositions, a rich musical palette is being extracted. The basis stands on noticeable deformed beats, the sequential developing of precisely harmonized instrumental sounds and drapery type changeable exposure atmospheres. Intense variety of generated glitches, wisely programed effects, field-recordings and cinematic textures strengthen the whole micro surroundings. It is important to highlight included motives of effective distinctive vocal parts, chords of guitars or sublime symphonies that enrich the whole surface with a vitality and melancholy. Maintaining delicate balance from the beginning till the very end among electronic, rock and classical music, Lichtenberger proves his rapidly growing musical authority and personality, fragile aesthetics and selected concept fortitude. In a perspective of longevity and music relevancy it is equally observational and involving sound from the two different periods – the past and the future. This integral audio formation will definitely examine the ears and emotional senses of even advanced listeners.

STM 053 is like an enigmatic Kay Sage’s surrealistic painting “Le Passage” where the focus on thoughtfully gazing character and free-standing figurative landscape in an unearthly motion creates an aura of feelings significance and a sense of existentialism. This mix is an emotional experience of Lichtenberger’s past two years, also a sincere remembrance of his father who introduced an immense ocean of music to him.
